Bolt лучше надёжностью. AR-15 имеют газовую систему, она чувствительна к патрону. Для 22LR делается адаптация этой системы чтобы она могла работать под слабый 22LR патрон. А вот bolt-action работает всегда. И к тому-же он проще, дешевле, надёжнее.
