В этом уравнение не учитывается time value of money. При инфляции в 10-20% в США если заложиться только на 5% у кентайцев будет другой коленкор....

Но вообще больше всего напоминает ситуацию с нетью, когда она стоила -20 долларов за бочку... хоть и не долго.
